Description

Jenson Fisher are delighted to be engaged by a rapidly expanding organisation based in East Kilbride to recruit a Finance Assistant, on a temporary contract basis for 6 months. The contract could be extended or become permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small friendly finance team for a Global organisation. This role will require a start within 2 weeks.

The main duties:

Accounts payable duties
Processing invoices and payments
Dealing with supplier queries
Processing company expenses
Ad hoc finance projects
Supporting the wider finance team

The main requirements:

Previous accounts payable experience in a fast paced environment
SAP experience would be an advantage but not essential as can be trained
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High levels of attention to detail
Highly proficient in Excel
Good problem solving skills
