Description

Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a well established organisation based in the south side of Glasgow, to recruit a Finance Administrator on a permanent, part-time basis. The role will be for between 16 and 20 hours per week, ideally structured over a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:

Daily use of Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel.
Bank reconciliations.
Credit control and sales ledger administration.
Processing card payments on a daily basis.
Making payments from the bank.
Producing reports on a daily basis.
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures whilst adhering to GDPR.
Providing cover for payroll as required.

If you are a proactive, self-starter and a strong team player with excellent communication skills then this could be the perfect role for you! Our client are keen to hire someone who has varied experience and a desire to put this to good use working in this permanent, part time role.

My client offers a salary range of £26,000 to £30,000 pro rata depending on experience, and a friendly working environment.
