Description

Jenson Fisher have been engaged, on an exclusive basis by a growing Property company based in Glasgow City Centre who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This role will suit a good all round Accounts Assistant who is looking to join a growing business and progress their career. This role is based full-time in the office in a great team environment.

The main duties:

Code and process all invoices per department onto sage
Code and process all overhead invoices
Process daily sales onto daily excel spreadsheet, which is then posted to sage on a monthly basis
Reconcile all credit card pdqs to bank statement daily
Process business credit card expenditure
Bank reconciliations
Assist with payroll

The main requirements:

Previous all round accounts experience
Proficient IT skills, in particular Excel
Sage would be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong team player

The hours of work are 8.30-4.30pm, (or 9-5) with an hour for lunch for lunch. The salary is 25-27K depending on experience plus 34 days holiday.
