Due to a period of sustained growth, Jenson Fisher are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Executive to form a key part of our Scottish business and contribute to our continued and growing success across the country. As the Talent Acquisition Executive you will form a key link across strategy and recruitment whilst collaborating across our founding divisions, Accountancy & Finance and Financial Services.
Working closely with the directors across our continued candidate attraction journey, as the Talent Acquisition Executive your responsibilities will include:- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of talent acquisition strategies which align with the Jenson Fisher corporate goals.
- Work closely with consultants across the business to ensure that each candidate receives the best possible experience.
- Maximise the integrity of our sophisticated, market leading CRM system through achieving objectives.
- Using various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, job boards and databases to maintain and grow a pipeline of first class candidates.
- Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and maintain relationships with talent of both today and tomorrow.
- Track and deliver on key hiring metrics to maximise recruitment efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose new methods to increase efficiency.
- Contribute significantly to the continued success and growth of Jenson Fisher and be rewarded accordingly.
