They're here to build a game changer in the advice industry that delivers better customer outcomes, at a lower cost, for more people. Through customer-centric advisers supported by innovative technology, they can empower their customers to go beyond just making smarter financial decisions to living the lives they dream of.

About the role:

They are looking for a Mortgage Specialist to play a pivotal role in their growing mortgage team, ensuring the seamless delivery of mortgage services to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in a rapidly growing business and carve out a path for the rest of your career.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end mortgage process, including business development, processing, and ongoing servicing. Collaborating closely with other senior leaders in the business and the rest of the mortgage team, you will develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the organisation's growth objectives.

  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the mortgage team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational oversight: Oversee all aspects of mortgage operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Inter-team collaboration: Collaborate with the other teams within the business to deliver consistent client outcomes and drive overall business success.
