- Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working with a commercial business in Dundee to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Our client are a fast paced, established company based in Dundee who are widely acknowledged for their innovative approach alongside a steadfast reputation for delivering excellent products and services.
Due to a period of sustained growth, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our client and provide a strong support function to the wider finance operations as they continue to expand the business whilst enhancing their own processes and procedures.- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
